I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the vibrant city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
The only downside was that the WiFi could be a bit slow at times, which made it difficult to stream videos or download large files. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall exceptional experience at the hotel.

We stayed here on our way to the Galapagos Islands. Hotel Palace was very clean and comfortable, and in a good, safe location. The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kept guest (foreigner safety in mind). They have safes in the rooms for storing valuables also. Great for foreigners travelling. They also have a decent restaurant in the hotel.
The only small complaint is the traffic is a bit loud (honking), but it wasnt any different than the hotel we stayed in on our return.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown. It is conveniently located within the business district, making it easy to access everything in the city. The hotel itself is right in the center of the city, close to many attractions like the Malecon riverfront, stores, and restaurants. We loved the spacious and well-appointed room, which provided enhanced comfort during our stay. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially for my partner who has some mobility impairments. The secure parking lot was a great addition as we had our own vehicle. The breakfast included in our stay was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience, and we would highly recommend it to other travelers.
On the downside, we can't think of any negatives to mention about this place. We had a great time here and would recommend it to all.

The variety and quality of the breakfast options were great, starting my day off on a delicious note.
Everything was perfect!
