A surprising culinary delight
The restaurant served surprisingly scrumptious ceviche with a unique flavor, and the location is conveniently close to key attractions like the Malecón.
The room felt dated, with a musty smell that was a bit hard to ignore, and some amenities advertised were missing.

thanks for the thoroughly enjoyable stay for a night or even your entire stay. the rooms are beautifully decorated and decent sized with a very good bed and a shower, for example. the breakfast has free and good hot options with cheese and juices, for example. nothing too much trouble, i would come here again.

The room was decent sized, and brand-new, with Netflix, coffee, and a safe. The location was particularly good, right in the city center, in the central area...

The room smelled very damp. It's unpleasant. Breakfast is very poor.

This modern hotel tempted us with stunningly beautiful views. The double room that we stayed in was romantic and soundproof. Everyone we met from the staff was competent and extremely friendly. The location was very central, magnificent within walking distance of the major attractions.

The gym had only 3 pieces of equipment, and turning on the treadmill was an ordeal. Don't even get me started on my taxi, which arrived 25 minutes late. I thought i could at least expect a complimentary bottle of water for all my troubles, but alas, that woudl ve been too much to ask.

We stayed here on our way to the Galapagos Islands. Hotel Palace was very clean and comfortable, and in a good, safe location. The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kept guest (foreigner safety in mind). They have safes in the rooms for storing valuables also. Great for foreigners travelling. They also have a decent restaurant in the hotel.
The only small complaint is the traffic is a bit loud (honking), but it wasnt any different than the hotel we stayed in on our return.

The hotel is just a few steps from the fine Parque Seminario and a pleasant stroll to the vibrant Malecon 2000, where there's so much to see and do. I appreciated the great breakfast options that helped me fuel up before my city adventures.

Comfortable bed (room 511). Good central location. Good WIFI on Floor 5. Good english speaking reception staff.
Front rooms get a bit of street noise. Restaurant staff weren't too interested in serving us.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their wary to make me comfortable and talk with me and bridge the language gap.
There was a $60 difference in the amount you quoted and what the charge was. The clerk claimed that was due to taxes. She tried to compromise, but the shift manager would hear nothing of it. And, to add to the situation, would not talk with me directly then, or for the rest of my stay. If it hadn't been for the rest of the staff going 110 percent, it would have made me feel negative, but I decided to look past one person and a misunderstanding and more towards the positives.

Good continental breakfast. There was one hot food item: scrambled eggs. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and cheerful. There was an English speaking staffer on hand whenever I needed one, from the morning to late evening.
Had to make 2 calls and wait 30 min. To receive ice and when it did come it was a block, not cubes.
